The reclamation of the former Capitol Cinema was the result of a desire to renovate and return to the city a building that could be made available for public use and which, more significantly, combined cultural, tourist, and recreational activities in the heart of the old city center.
The desire to transform the former movie theater into a center for cultural initiatives, businesses, and services was also prompted by its proximity to the Uffizi Gallery.
The redistribution of floor space for new uses allowed us to transform this once single-purpose structure into a modern building that could serve both residents and tourists.
