The new shopping center is located in a manufacturing area marked by the vaulted roofs of industrial buildings.

This unique characteristic inspired the undulated appearance of the building front, proposing a new interpretation of the curved shapes of nearby buildings.

This element, which juts out from the shop windows, serves also as a protective awning above the entrances.
The building was constructed with prefabricated external paneling faced in masonry and corrugated sheet metal.
