This old industrial site in the borough of Sieci underwent a redevelopment plan aimed at recovering its ancient ceramics production.
Homogeneous construction blocks were identified after thorough surveys conducted on the building and focusing on the assessment of its current condition, period of construction, level and type of decay, architectural value, construction methods and technologies. Based on these surveys the most appropriate intervention techniques were pinpointed for the various sections of the site in order to return the building its original value.
The project restored the esthetic and functional balance that the site had lost over the course of time.
