This large building was approached as an isolated unit with the goal of reestablishing a fragmented functional complexity constructed of blocks of various shapes and sizes within a well-articulated network of pathways.
The building is marked by an extremely compact, unified exterior (a large masonry wall) which surrounds and outlines the entire area. The character of this exterior wall is expressed in a series of openings of various kinds: large archways, square windows, and entranceways.
A pair of two-way driveways (one circular and the other straight) lead to two basement levels of garage space, while a double stairwell, an elevator, and an escalator connect to the upper floor where various businesses are located:
